We are pleased to announce the publication of the book “Fashion Law – Le problematiche giuridiche della filiera della moda”. The book is published by Giuffrè and edited by Barbara Pozzo and Valentina Jacometti. It is the result of a collaboration between the University of Insubria and the law firm DLA Piper, with the contribution of many fashionablelawyers!

Fashion Law covers a wide range of topics, including IP (with a particular focus on brand and stores design protection), litigation, fashion contracts (from contracts with the designers to retail property leasing, subcontracting and franchising), to unfair competition, advertising, celebrity endorsement and marketing.
The textbook is addressed to legal managers in the fashion industry as well as to all those that are curious to learn more about this interesting and evolving area of law.
